Job Summary:  The Zone Custodian will ensure safe,
efficient, effective and documented stock management, custodianship, receipt,
movement and dispatch of stock within allocated storage zones in line with BLL
procedure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Verify stock receipts from inbound logistics team.
  • Oversee and confirm stock put away into zone against WMS.
  • Monitor picking and verifying of customer orders/issue to outbound
    team.
  • Make movements against WMS with Supervisor’s consent.
  • Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the
    stock control section
  • Carry out periodical physical stock counts
  • Identify damaged, lost, expired and surplus stock items.
  • Assist with loading & unloading stock for clients.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse area by
    following set schedules.
  • Ensure that warehouse staff within allocated zone comply to the
    company’s safety and security procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in Logistics, or related field
  • One year of experience or internship in a similar position
  • Supervisory, Numerical & ICT skills esp. Office packages
