Job Summary:    The E-Business Supervisor will oversee  the 
daily  workflow  and 
supervision  of  the 
E-Business  section  and 
ensure  the  development 
of  the  electronic 
footprint  to  drive 
sales  for  the 
business  in  line 
with  the  policies 
of  Pride.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • E-Business  promotion  and 
    enrichment  initiatives.
  • Providing  necessary  training 
    to  the  internal 
    groups  on  E-Business  developments  and 
    demonstrating  project  strategies  and 
    plans  to  the 
    higher  officials.
  • Generating  sales  by 
    participating  in  the 
    development  of  online 
    marketing  campaigns  and 
    providing  status  reports 
    of  the  sales 
    and  marketing  interventions.
  • New  Product  development  and 
    implementation.
  • Assisting  in  the 
    delivery  of  all 
    E-Business  based  products 
    to  the  customers  including  offering 
    the  required  maintenance  support 
    to  the  customers.
  • Market  and  Client 
    research.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal candidate for the Pride E-Business Supervisor job
    placement should preferably hold a   Bachelor’s  degree 
    in  Information  Technology,  Accounting,  Marketing,  Business 
    Administration  or  a 
    related  field.
  • Practical  experience  in 
    a  similar  position.
  • At least three  years’  experience  in 
    E-banking  operations.
  • Ability  to  handle 
    sensitive  and  confidential  information
  • Product  development  process 
    and  continuous  monitoring  to 
    ensure  product  competitiveness
  • Proficient  computer  software 
    applications.
  • Knowledge  of  operational  and 
    systems  user  requirements  for 
    financial  products.
  • Strong  analytical  and 
    problem-solving  skills.
  • Data  analysis  and 
    interpretation  skills.
