• Manage reservation and bookings for prospective clients
• Promote future marketing for the hotel services to clients in
  country and abroad.
• Liaise with Tour & Travel (safari) companies to attract tourist
  clients to the hotel
• Arrange Domestic tour activities using the hotel services as the
  back bone of this activity.
• Carry out marketing of the hotel services. Using (print – Newspapers,
  electronic- radio/ TV, Social media and other internet platforms such as
  emails.
• Maintain hotel website in an attractive form and relevant to
  prospective users / clients
• Develop, produce and utilize marketing materials such as brochures,
  fl iers, posters, banners, TV/Radio announcements/ adverts/spots/jingles.
• Continuously scan the market to look for business opportunities
• Spearhead business growth and Development

• The applicant must hold a University degree from recognized
  institution majoring in sales, marketing online, Tour & travel
  hospitality, entertainment will be an added advantage.
• Three years’ experience in similar job in the same industry or other
  service related sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Demonstrable experience in use of online marketing and social media
  skills in development of advertising materials, brochures, fliers etc.
• Target oriented.
