Ministries is a ministry of Watoto Church that rescues vulnerable children and
restores dignity to them by providing holistically for their physical,
spiritual and emotional needs. Watoto has operations in Kampala, Wakiso,
Mpigi and Gulu.

- Ensure safety of Watoto Ministries’ property, equipment and assets
at all times and enforce security rules and procedures. - The jobholder will patrol the premises at regular intervals and
report/deal with any suspicious characters. - Keenly monitor the arrival and departure of contractors and ensure
that the have the correct permits to work on sites. - Regularly monitor and set/unset the intruder alarm and investigate
alarm activations to ensure overall safety and security of all guests,
colleagues, and Watoto premises. - Carry out departmental key control audits and maintain key control
records and conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control. - Keenly monitor the CCTV system and maintain computer records of all
actions in a daily activity report template. - The incumbent will report and investigate occurrences of accidents,
complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations and ensure that that
any violations to the law or Watoto policies are investigated and
reported. - Quickly respond to all emergency situations and provide First Aid
and C.P.R. as required and correct and report any fire hazards or health
and safety hazards. - To receive and assist all guests to Watoto facilities in an
informative and enable them to get the help they require.
- The applicant for the Watoto Security Supervisor job opportunity
should hold an Ordinary level certificate. - At least two years working experience in a security role with a good
knowledge of security operations and procedures. - A High degree of flexibility, initiative and confidentiality.
- A good team player, well organized with excellent interpersonal and
communication skills with proven problem solving abilities. - Excellent customer care skills, sound decision making skills and
able to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods. - Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications and a certification
in CPR First Aid is required. - Ability to ride a bike is an added advantage.
