The incumbent will collect feedback from clients and ensure service delivery
standards are maintained.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant for the Customer Care
    Officer must hold relevant qualifications
  • Prior experience in a customer service
    role is desired
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
