solutions for security applications, such as banknotes, official identity
documents (passports, identity cards, birth certificates, etc.), postage
stamps, tax banderoles, security labels, and product markings.
Job Summary:  The Quality and Process Engineer will ensure
that all the organisation’s policies including those concerning Quality,
Health, Safety and Environmental protection are respected.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Quality Strategy
and Organization
  • Deploy the organisation Integrated Management System (SIMS) strategy
    and approaches, in close collaboration with Quality System Management in
    Switzerland,
  • Implement and drive an adequate local quality organization (could be
    a single position),
  • Continuously drive and promote Quality culture across teams,
  • Deploy, when not yet in place, the local QEHS Improvement Committee.
Supplier Quality
  • Coordinate, implement and improve Supplier Quality Assurance policy
    and activities for Local Suppliers,
  • Ensure Incoming Quality Inspections, record and manage
    Non-conformities, escalate problems related to supplied materials
    products,
Quality Assurance
  • Control and improve Local Entity Quality through effective tools and
    methodologies,
  • Promote Quality Tools and support related trainings (FMEA, 8D, SPC,
    Non Conformance Monitoring, Lean…),
  • Implement and adapt established Quality Standards,
  • Ensure that Process Control Plans and Outgoing Controls are
    implemented
  • Deploy adequate systems to ensure prevention, defect analysis and
    correction,
  • Conduct Operational Audits,
  • Follow Quality KPIs, lead the Local Quality Improvement Committee,
    develop coordinate quality improvement programs,
ISO Certification,
EHS Compliance, Customer Quality
  • Establish and follow a certification roadmap, ensure ISO certifications
    (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 or others when applicable),
  • Ensure compliance with the organisation’s Internal Standards, such
    as EHS, Risk Management and Context Analysis
  • Coordinate the deployment and implementation of applicable processes
    and practices,
  • Conduct processes internal audits,
  • Manage locally the customer satisfaction,
  • Be the Local Single Point of Contact for Customer Complaints,
    establish 8D Reports, escalate major critical Customer Complaints to
    Global Quality Assurance Compliance, manage the Return Material
    Authorization process in case of Non-Conform product.
Management
  • Provide expert advice to the team in the field of Quality,
  • Provide leadership and mobilize teams for quality enhancement,
  • Promote teamwork and adherence to company values,
  • Interface with all stakeholders within the local entity.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of three years of postgraduate experience in the Process
    Quality field.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001),
  • Excellent experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Tools,
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management,
  • Experience in Supplier Quality Management,
  • Experience in Supplier, System and Process Audits,
  • Knowledge of statistical process control,
  • Good knowledge of project and teams management methodologies,
  • Technically comfortable with the software technologies.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Fluent in English and in the local language.
