Medicine Children’s Foundation -Uganda (Baylor-Uganda) is an indigenous
not-for-profit child health and development organisation affiliated to the
Baylor College of Medicine International Paediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI), a
Network of paediatric HIV/AIDS care and treatment Children’s Clinical Centres
of Excellence and international program offices in 11 countries across Africa,
Eastern Europe and North America.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the field teams in proper data collection and reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date project database
- Assist in the preparation of project periodic reports
- Support program teams to analyse and interpret data.
- Participate in development of weekly, monthly, quarterly work plans
- Monitor and track project implementation of project activities
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Baylor Uganda Data Assistant job must hold a Diploma
in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Records
Information Science and any other relevant qualification - Good computer skills and knowledge of Ms office applications (Ms
Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Access) - Ability or willingness to ride a motorcycle and spend 80% of his/her
time in field work.
