• The National Content Capacity Building Leader will be tasked with
  participating in the designing, implementing, monitoring, execution and
  reporting on the Total EP Uganda/ Tilenga Capacity Building programmes
  which involves; preparing an action plan and budget and obtain the
  necessary approvals
• Tasked with the implementation and coordination of the related
  Contracts and procurement processes. Following up and ensuring execution
  of the capacity building programs and preparing related reports
• Coordination and communication at all stages of the capacity
  building programs
• Coordinate capacity building initiatives with the Company’s partner
• Collect information from the various technical entities and prepare
  reports
• Prepare presentations to communicate to partners, authorities and
  other stakeholders as may be required.
• In addition, follow up on evaluation of prequalification
  questionnaires, call for tenders and the related negotiation process and
  ensure negotiated national content commitments are included in the
  contracts.

• The applicants for the TOTAL National Content Capacity Building
  Leader job opportunity should hold a Master’s degree in Business
  Administration or Bachelors in Engineering or Equivalent
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience
• Project Management knowledge and skills
• Clear understanding of Oil & Gas operator activities, policies,
  strategies
• Knowledge of Government policies and National Content regulations
• Excellent communication skills (written and Oral)
• Computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
