• Monitoring and advising on frequency spectrum usage in the
  telecommunications sector;
• Participating in surveys to determine coverage of telecommunications
  infrastructure and services in the country;
• Participating in development of enabling laws and regulations for
  the Telecommunications sub-sector and monitoring their implementation;
• Participating in development of Telecommunications Engineering
  standards in Government;
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Applicants should Ugandans in possession of an Honours Bachelor’s
  Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electric Engineering or
  Telecommunications Engineering or Communications Engineering from a
  recognized University/Institution.
