Software Ltd. specializes in the development, marketing, sales, training and support
of a micro-finance software product called “Loan Performer”.
Job Summary:
The Software Programmer will develop new features in loan performer and correct
bugs
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Write
source code according to specifications.
·        
Compile
the program before submitting the code and make sure the program works properly
before handing it over.
·        
Debug
source code and write corrections
·        
Mentor
and coach juniors
·        
Report
on progress made.
·        
Review
code from Co-Programmers.
·        
Guide
the Support Engineers what to test from the Loan Performer interface.
·        
Perform
any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·        
The
applicant for the Software Programmer job must hold a Bachelor of Science in
Computer Science or the equivalent from a recognized university
·        
Two
years’ experience programming in a busy work environment.
·        
Knowledgeable
in .Net, C#, SQL Server, SVN Turtoise.
