• Consolidation of coverage requests and
  or budget inputs for 2G, 3G, LTE, WiMAX, Wi-Fi
• Ensuring that sites are planned cost
  effectively and timeously to meet the predetermined business targets
• Coordination of order placement for site
  build equipment
• Follow up on site rollout projects for
  2G, 3G, LTE, WiMAX, WI-Fi to ensure that planning, drive tests,
  configuration and performance checks are properly done.
• Generation of coverage maps for 2G, 3G,
  LTE, WiMAX , Wi-Fi
• Tasked with the evaluation of new
  equipment like new BTSs, Node Bs, antennas, eNodeBs , new RRUs
• Evaluation of new RAN network solutions
  such as sector splits, refarming
• Coordinating RAN modernization programs
• Ensuring that the network inventory or
  planning database is always up to date
• Verification of work orders
• Coming up with the most cost-effective
  site configuration, with site sharing considerations
• Generation of reports about
  2G/3G/LTE/WiMAX/Wi-Fi sites, BTSs, Cells and Radio Units that are
  installed in the network

  placement should hold a University Degree in BSc. Electrical
  Engineering/BSc. Telecom Engineering
• At least three years of experience in
  Radio Planning and Optimization.
• Four years working experience with
  vendor/ subcontractor management
• Must be familiar with radio network
  configurations for 2G, 3G, WiMAX, WI-Fi and LTE.
• Must be familiar with the use of radio
  planning tools like Asset, MAPINFO, and Google Earth.
• Excellent team player with good
  interpersonal   skills
• Valid driving license with at least one
  year of   driving experience
• Good oral and written communication
  skills
• Good time management
• Good record keeping skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent computing skills
• Project Management skills
