Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Leading
the Call for tender process of the upper and lower completion contracts, well
heads, Christmas trees and rig less well intervention contracts, kick off and
follow up of the detailed engineering, purchase orders and manufacturing of
Upper and Lower completion equipment with immediate impact.
·        
Reviewing
the detailed engineering before fabrication, to develop qualification procedure
and program, to review and approve the identified required physical tests on
equipment.
·        
Assist
the Drilling and Wells engineering leader for the preparation of the General
Completion Program.
·        
Prepare
completion and wells intervention drillex as well as manage and coordinate all
well intervention Wellheads & Xmas tree, Upper and Lower completion
contracts, ensuring contracts readiness and implementation prior operation
start up, and during operations.
·        
Manage
existing and future well integrity and maintenance programs.
·        
Collaborate
with the drilling and Geosciences teams for all necessary completion and well
integration requirements.
·        
Developing
a detailed design for production water injection wells completion,
interventions, well testing and investigate innovative solutions.
·        
Update
the weekly completion & wells intervention operations planning, in line
with the drilling schedule.
·        
Coordinate
the participation of Completions team in the Drilling Improvement Process
system.
·        
Coordinate
the participation of Completions team to the Drilling Improvement Process
system.
·        
Ensure
Quality Assurance Quality Control & follow-up of completion hardware
consumables and stock throughout the supply chain process.
·        
Deliver
engineering studies to allow delivery of wells in time, within budget and
expected productivity.
·        
Improvement
of completion performances, well productivity and wells cost.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidates for the TOTAL Operations (OPS) Recruitment & Training
Manager job placement should preferably hold a Master’s degree in Petroleum or
equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
·        
At least
ten years of international experience in an operational position in Oil &
Gas
·        
The job
holder should preferably have a previous experience in an operational position
·        
Very
good interpersonal skills and ability to manage an international team of
engineers, fluent in English
·        
Extensive
knowledge and understanding of Oil and gas operations and related matters.
·        
Excellent
organizational skills
