Job Summary: The
Well Integrity/ Maintenance Technician is responsible for well integrity
monitoring/intervention and the Well Head/Christmas tree maintenance for wells
to be built during the Drilling campaign including those from Exploration &
Appraisal (E&A) within the permit area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Tasked with preparing, supervising operations including the
    contractor’s team.
  • Carryout annual or as required Wellhead/X-tree integrity testing and
    inspections for all existing wells and ensure compliance to the Company’s
    and the Country’s well Integrity Policy requirements.
  • Perform maintenance repairs as required to ensure well integrity
    compliance, check for potential annuli pressures of well heads and
    investigate the cause.
  • In addition, archive and maintain comprehensive records of well
    monitoring and related documentation.
  • Provide support to the well engineering department on various well
    operations related activities when need arises especially during rig less well
    testing and work over activities, inventory and purchase order
    recommendations to accommodate proper level of stock.
  • Act as Responsible for safety on site-delegate (RSES-D) for
    operations he/she will supervise and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding
    Health & Safety.
  • Furthermore, act as the Drilling& Wells representative during
    well handover between Drilling & wells and Field Operations on site.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidates for the TOTAL Operations (OPS) Well Integrity/
    Maintenance Technician job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least five years’ experience in an Oil & Gas operational
    position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Well Head /Xmas-tree onshore design.
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team, fluent
    in English.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
