Restless Development
(Uganda) is an International NGO established to address the challenges faced by
young people in Uganda by placing young people at the forefront of change and
development. Our vision is for all Ugandan youth to live healthy and productive
lives, fully supported by those around them. Our programming focuses on three
core areas: youth sexual and reproductive health and rights, youth civic
participation and youth employment and livelihoods.

About DGF Project:
Restless Development
Uganda is being funded by the Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) in
implementing a new project, the “Youth Power in Governance” which will support
young people to take a leading role in mobilizing their communities to inform
and influence governance and decision making processes, and to hold leadership
accountable to deliver a just and sustainable Uganda.

Job Summary: The
Young Policy Researchers will review national policies and international
protocols in relation to participation in governance – to provide evidence for
why young people must be involved in local governance processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
The applicant for the
Restless Development Policy Researcher job opportunity must hold be between
18-24 years willing to work at a national level.
