Job Summary: The Project
Manager- INCLUDE provides overall programmatic and operational lead and
management including; planning, implementation, capacity enhancement,
monitoring/ evaluation and reporting both internally (within SCI) and
externally with stakeholders. The person is accountable for overall
coordination and oversight delivery of the ECHO 4 award to be implemented in a
consortium

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant for the Save the Children Project Manager- INCLUDE job placement
    should hold a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably post-graduate university
    degree, in subject related to education or project planning and
    management.
  • Five
    years of demonstrated experience in Project planning and management,
    particularly in a humanitarian context.
  • Previous
    experience in leading and managing staff and teams.
  • Technical
    expertise in either education or child protection in emergencies.
  • Demonstrated
    experience in managing education or child protection consortium projects
  • Demonstrated
    experience in documentation and Donor reporting
  • Demonstrated
    monitoring and evaluation skills
  • Ability
    to work both in an advisory and a hands on implementation capacity
  • Excellent
    communication skills
