Service Jobs)

Job Summary: The Hostess
will usher customers into the Restaurant, offer menus and ensure they are
attended to by the wait staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Meet,
    greet and seat all guest of the restaurant.
  • Organise
    and reserve tables for large groups and bookings.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    jobholder must hold a UACE certificate with C +(plus) average.
  • The
    Hostess should have 6 months experience working as a service person in a
    busy outlet.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability
    to work under pressure.
  • Must
    be prepared to stand for long hours.
  • Must
    be able to multitask.
  • Computer
    literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS Suite and Micros.
  • Should
    demonstrate high levels of integrity.
