Job Summary: The Relationship
Manager (Corporate) will attract corporate business and provide effective
business banking services to customers to ensure revenue growth of the bank in
line with set targets.

Actively contribute to the implementation of the
Branch business strategy and market plans in order to accelerate business
growth and profitability.

Grow deposit level of customers within the
Institutional and SME target markets in the assigned portfolio as a way of
growing share wallet

Drive the selling of all Business Banking,
Mortgage and Term Finance products in order to grow liabilities, assets and
revenues in accordance with established targets.

Formulate customer relationship practices in
order to achieve the desired customer service levels, customer retention and
occurrence of delinquent loans.

Monitor the trends in client profitability and
movement of their liabilities and assets draw up recommendations/remedies as

in business administration, commerce, economics or any other related field from
a recognized university.
