Title: Regional Supervisor

Supervisor will monitor, implement and report on the overall internal controls
and procedures in the branches, and monitor compliance by branches to Bank
approved work plans in line with operational bank policies and procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of business
growth strategies (lending and deposits) in the assigned Branches and make
recommendations in line with the regional work plan and operational
policies. - Monitor quality of loan portfolio
(including written off loans) in assigned Branches and propose remedial
actions and submit periodic reports in line with the regional work plan. - Follow up the closure of audit issues
raised by both internal auditors and BOU supervisors and report to
regional manager in line with bank policy. - Monitor credit and operations activities
in the branch to identify risks and ensure compliance / adherence to the
existing internal control processes, procedures and service standards as
per bank policy and risk management guidelines - Monitor assigned Branch suspense accounts
and performance of inter- bank
relations plus other financial institutions and
follow up reconciliation in line with operational policies and
procedures and Memoranda of
Understanding. - Monitor productivity of staff in assigned
branches and recommend actions in line with the set productivity ratios
and bank policies. - Monitor the implementation of customer
service strategies in assigned branches and make reports in line with the
banks customer service standards and strategy.
- The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank
Regional Supervisor job placement should hold an honours degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, or any other relevant field. - Four years of hands –on experience and
skills in bank operations or having served a bank in the following
capacities; Assistant Manager, or head of loans. - Problem solving
- Organizational and planning skills.
- People management
- Good report writing skills
- Superior Communication skills (both oral

management
