Job Summary: The MPBN
Engineer will perform operation and Maintenance on the Customer MPBN Network
Key Duties and
  • Support Configuration Management function
  • Collaborate with others to resolve complex
  • Takes part in 24×7 (Call-out) for
    technical support
  • Investigate major outages
  • Interface with Vendor engineers on
    escalated technical matters
  • Make routine maintenance checks and follow
    up actions and documents
  • Offer support to Fault Management function
  • Carry out highest level technical support
  • Perform software upgrades on the Routers,
    Switches, Firewalls
  • Support in IP planning and Design

Qualifications, Skills and
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelors’
    degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecom Engineering or IT.
  • The applicant should have worked on the
    Huawei MPBN for a period of 3 – 6 years.
  • Good Knowledge in NE40E, Eudemon1000E,
    Quidway Routing Switches
  • Knowledge in MPLS, Routing Protocols, IP
