Job Summary: The Accounts
& Purchasing Officer will mainly plan, control and coordinate the finance,
purchasing, HR processes and activities supporting the Technical Director in
meeting organization objectives.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for the management and
    coordination of all monthly and annual fiscal reporting activities for the
    company including: revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.
  • Manage all purchasing and payroll
    activities.
  • Develop and maintain systems of internal
    controls to safeguard financial assets of the company.
  • Prepare and submit all statutory and
    regulatory returns timely and maintain excellent relations with the tax
    authority, NSSF, auditors, suppliers and clients.
  • Oversee human resource management
    including payroll management.
  • Develop, review and implement budgets and
    annual plans for the company.
  • Tasked with the management of overhead and
    implementation of appropriate budgetary controls, including monitoring,
    reporting and periodic re-forecasting.
  • Take responsibility for the collection of
    debts and credit control.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tax
    planning strategies to mitigate tax liabilities.
  • Support the procurement function as
    designated by Technical Director.
  • Manage Company Inventory for proper
    inventory management and control strategies.
  • Establish, prepare and implement
    administrative procedures.
  • Manage the general and supportive services
    of the company.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelors’
    degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent with
    a bias on Finance and Accounting. Enrollment in ACCA, or CPA.
  • At least two years of experience in a
    similar role.
  • Show commitment to APITECH’s core values
    and ability to model those values in relationships with colleagues and
    clients.
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Familiarity with diverse business
    functions including logistics, finance, HR and procurement. Excellent
    interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
    (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Quickbooks.
  • Previous experience working with
    Enterprise Asset Management System will be an advantage Fluency in
    English.  
  • Age: between 25 and 35 years
