Job Summary: The Electrical
Engineer will support PRO-Telligent, A Tetra Tech Company. Selected candidate
will serve as the Electrical Engineer during the construction of the U.S.
Department of State’s New U.S. Embassy $138M Office Annex in Kampala, Uganda.
Position will require full-time deployment to Kampala, Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical inspections of
    electrical work
  • Monitor construction contractor’s quality
    control program and review project drawings to ensure compliance
  • Observe onsite construction and determine
    if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed
    properly
  • Monitor construction progress with regard
    to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with
    recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field
    inspections



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a secret
    Clearance or higher
  • Seven years of construction experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. institution
    in Electrical Engineering, or a current PE (Professional Engineer)
    license.
  • An ABET accredited international degree
    will also be accepted.
