About Us:
Salama SHIELD Foundation (SSF) is a non-governmental organization (NGO)
that has worked in Lyantonde District for 25 years. SSF has been addressing
development concerns related to the promotion of health (HIV/AIDS prevention
and supportive care), WaSH , gender inequality, Livelihood (food and nutrition
security), Education and Poverty alleviation integrating health, with the Micro-
finance and Mbuntu programmes.
Job Summary: The Data Clerk
will provide technical guidance and leadership in data management systems,
strengthening of ICT systems germane to Monitoring and Evaluation of programs,
assist and partner with the M&E-R Officer in respect to grant writing &
resource mobilization initiatives.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
        
The applicant for the Data Clerk job must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology,
Library Science and Records Management, and a post-graduate equivalent in
M&E, or PPM
        
Three years’ experience in data management in a
health or social service delivery or similar position
        
Extensive knowledge and sophistication in the
use of IT systems (Microsoft applications, SPSS, Epidata) and other software
& network applications.
