Company that was incorporated and started operations in 2008 in Uganda. UMF is
 a micro-finance institution involved in small and medium credit
financing.
             
Job Summary: The Credit
Supervisor will take overall responsibility to consistently coordinate, monitor
and control the branch loan portfolio in accordance to UMF’s set policies,
procedures and practice.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a
    good University Degree in any business related course.
  • Two to three years of related work
    experience in a busy financial institution.
  • Ability to market and recruit potential
    clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Team player and result oriented.
  • High Integrity, innovative, creative and
    self-driven
