Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Social Media Manager (CRM Administrator, Media Manager, Campaign
Manager & Online Reputation Manager) will be responsible for:
  • Manages
    how the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool is structured and used,
    and how data actually gets into and out of the system.
  • Takes
    administrative steps in making sure that all automated reports, request,
    directions are followed optimally as the CRM directs. And reports directly
    to the Chief engagement officer.
  • Makes
    modifications to the CRM to meet its expected deliverables.
  • Policing/security
    of organization data, which is entered by a number of assigned CRM users.
  • Devise
    promotional campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining partners
  • Manage
    the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief
    and oversee the work of media managers and content developers, such as
    designing, animating, and writing for the campaign activities.
  • Work
    within a budget and report any overspend
  • Write,
    edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing
  • Ensure
    that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and
    in all communication channels
  • Deliver
    regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain
    regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Ensure
    accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Collect
    and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing
  • Administer
    that campaigns are concurrent to what is on website(s)
  • Keep
    abreast of current trends in marketing
  • Responsible
    for monitoring, communicating, and maintaining customer engagement through
    social media. The manager will help inspire, manage, and maintain positive
    reputations while properly addressing any negative publicity.
  • Responsible
    for reviewing customer feedback on social media and review websites.
    Monitor and respond to social reviews and engagement Maintain listings on
    search engine and ratings/review sites
  • Facilitate
    and monitor online product and company reviews and endorsements Track,
    analyze and report online reputation results.
  • Identify
    and provide insight for trends, product questions, opportunities, and
    escalation issues to appropriate teams Manage and solicit university
    reviews to identified social communities
  • Evaluate
    the viability of a Brand Ambassador or like program Prepare clear, concise
    and professionally written public responses to customer feedback left on
    social media and review websites.
  • Creation
    of graphics, videos and GIF’s that will elicit the required attention.
  • Translate
    concepts, messages and stories into engaging and memorable design
  • Partner
    with content development team to support campaigns and projects with
    visuals for digital newsletters, infographics, social media and websites.
  • Use
    data visualization to convey complex information to external and internal
  • Work
    closely with project team to ensure smooth project workflow from concept
    through delivery.
  • Stay
    abreast with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • Previous
    experience in running ads, PPC campaigns across major ad network under
    industry standard rates
  • Growth
    enlisting across major ad networks most especially on Facebook, Twitter
    and Instagram.
  • Familiarity
    with online review sites and their content guidelines
  • Experience
    in online reputation management plus required experience in utilizing
    social listening tool
  • Excellent
    written and communication skills (i.e. grammar, formatting).
  • Proven
    ability to work independently as well as cross functionally with a team
    Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving
    skills On-site and off-site
  • Search
    Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge and in practice.
  • Ability
    to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

    in related creative disciplines such as photography, motion graphics, 3D
    animation and video production

    with UX/UI concepts, digital media design or digital email/newsletter

    with media asset management tools (e.g., Cumulus)
