African Initiatives for Relief
and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and
non-profit international organization whose objective is to provide operational
support but not limited to: supply chain, logistics, construction,
infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WASH in partnership with relief
and development organizations which primarily focus on disaster-affected and
development-orientation areas.
Job Summary: The Assistant
Human Resource Officers will work in liaison with the Human Resource Officer
and other Staff to ensure that all HR tasks are carried out in accordance with
the HR SOP.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant for the AIRD Assistant Human Resource Officer job must hold a Bachelors’
    degree in Human resources Management bachelors’ degree in Business Studies
    with a major in Human Resource Management.
  • At
    least two years of experience in human resource practice preferably in an
    NGO.
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good
    report writing skills.
  • Ability
    to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good
    computer skills.
