70M UGX. It shares a rich history of providing building materials to reputable
companies until recently when it re-branded into real estate development.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
The incumbent will be dealing directly with
customers by telephone, electronically via email, and website, and face to
face.
·        
Quickly respond to customer inquiries and
provide report of satisfaction.
·        
Handle and resolve customer complaints following
the set performance standards.
·        
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to
handle product and service inquiries.
·        
Provide pricing and delivery information at the
front desk of the company including performing customer verifications.
·        
Set up new customer accounts in accordance to
set standards, including processing orders, forms, applications and customer
requests.
·        
Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
·        
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the
designated resource.
·        
The jobholder will also keep records of customer
interactions and transactions.
·        
Record details of inquiries, comments and needs
for further transmission to management.
·        
Be the company contact person for the website
and general emailing system, where immediate responses and feedback shall be
expected.
·        
Performing any other duties as may be delayed to
you from time to time.







Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related qualification
·        
A minimum of two years of customer service
experience from a reputable organisation.
