About US:
Kabwohe Clinical Research Center (KCRC) is a Private- Not-For Profit
(PNFP) health facility located in Sheema Municipality along Kabwohe – Ishaka
road. KCRC was established in 2005 with a Mission: Providing High Quality and
Accessible Medical Care to the rural often hard-to-reach populations of Western
Uganda. KCRC has conducted ground breaking research in collaboration with its
partners. Notable past and present research include; META study, PrEP Demo
study, PrEP study, Adherence study, Fertility intention study and Daktari
Study. More studies are in a pipeline. Recently KCRC received a grant under the
USAID/ EGPAF/ RHITES SW Project for HIV Care, Prevention &Treatment,
Malaria/TB diagnosis, Prevention & Treatment as well as FP & MNCAH in
the Districts of Sheema , Buhweju and surrounding areas.
Job Summary: The Human
Resource Officer will ensure mobilization of staffs for work. He/she will work
with the Clinic Manager and the Medical Director to generate plans that will
lead to reaching & achieving targets for HIV prevention & Care
Services. He / She will also be responsible for setting up, supervising,
coordinating & overseeing the work schedules & employee safety &
benefits.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Management Sciences from a reputable
institution or a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with Post-Graduate
Training in Human Resource.
·        
One year of experience in a management or
administrative position.
·        
Training in Hospital or Health Services
Management and/or Previous Experience in a health facility is an added
advantage.
·        
Broad knowledge and understanding of employee
policies in HIV care settings
·        
Good communication, public relations, Team-work
& Report writing skills
·        
Computer skill with Microsoft Office and
e-communication is a MUST.
·        
Keen attention to detail
