Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

In charge of the reinforcement of the Company’s
integrity policy through development, implementation and reporting on the Group
policies on Compliance and anti corruption in the Company.

Render support in the reporting activities
required of the Compliance Coordinators and Fraud Risk Coordinators in
accordance with Company and Group policies and procedures.

In charge of analyzing Fraud incidents and
defining and coordinating and action plan for follow up purposes.

Guiding the different entities of the procedures
related to the Compliance programs. In addition, establishing and maintaining a
secure database/document conservation system for due diligence documents as per
Group rules.

Tasked with ensuring availability of up to date
information on Anti-Corruption law, rules and regulations in liaison with the
Legal department.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:

The applicant for the TOTAL Compliance Manager
job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

At least ten years of experience in the Oil and
Gas industry with good understanding of Oil & Gas Operations
