Uganda, with over 23 own shops. We carry out phones and accessory transactions on wholesale, retail and e-business country-wide.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and review market and customer
information to gain clear understanding of customers’ businesses and
requirements. - Visit potential customers to demonstrate
products and gain new markets. - Ensure the acquisition and retention of
client base within the online retail segment. - Negotiate variations in price, delivery
and specifications with respective managers. - Maintain relationships with existing
customers through regular review visits. - Use customer and prospect contact
activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in
these systems. - Support promotional activities aimed at
improving sales for example, product launches, promotions, advertising,
exhibitions and online marketing. - Project a professional and customer
focused impression of the company. - Achieve on daily & monthly targets.
- Record and review own sales performance.
- Perform any other duties as may be
assigned by Line Manager from time to time.
Experience:
- The applicants for the Online Sales
Representative jobs must hold University Degrees in Business-related
fields or related disciplines - One year of progressive working experience
in selling devices and Customer Service. - Previous exposure and experience in Online
Sales is added advantage - Computer literacy skills
- Target achiever and results focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Willing to work in any part of the country
