• Meet sales targets of the organization
  through effective planning and budgeting.
• Tasked with designing and implementing a
  strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
  strong presence.
• Managing, recruiting objective setting,
  coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure
  there are no stock outs or too much stocking of products.
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  and generate monthly sales reports for management decision making.
• Work closely with other company functions
  to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

• The applicant for the FreshCuts Sales
  Manager job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and
  Marketing, or Business-related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the Market, Restaurant
  and distribution chain
• At least three years’ experience in an FMCG
  sector and proven experience in CRM.
• Computer literacy i.e. proficient in MS Excel
  and Word
• Excellent analytical reporting skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work odd
  hours
• Team leader and builder with ability to
  coach
• Goal achiever, self-starter and quick to
  learn.
• Good marketing and negotiation skills
• Excellent selling skills.
• Excellent communication skills,
• Fluency in English and other local
  languages.
