Job Summary: The Administrative
Assistant should be highly energetic and possess a personal initiative to provide administrative
and finance support to the organization.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:   
  
  • The Administrative Assistant will manage and oversee office
    administrative, and finance operations and policies in the organization.
    This will include settlement of financial bills that fall due.
  • Offer
    general logistic support to the office and ensure the smooth running of
    the office.
  • In
    consultation with the Administrative Manager, research, negotiate and
    renew all office suppliers. 
  • Order
    and procure all necessary office supplies and services.
  • Ensure
    compliance with all legal and administrative requirements, including local
    authority licenses, registration requirements, etc.
  • Process
    work permits and immigration related matters for foreign staff.
  • Hire
    and supervise any part-time administrative staff in office.
  • Assist
    in preparation of meetings, conferences and seminars.
  • Support the HR and I.T functions when
    called upon.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The
    Administrative Assistant should possess a basic degree Business Administration/finance or a related field.
  • At
    least three to four years’ work experience in a similar field.
  • Extraordinary
    initiative, creativity and capacity to think strategically.
  • Ability
    to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse array of people.
  • Team
    spirit and respectful working and decision-making style.
  • Ability
    to manage several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent
    organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Integrity,
    diplomacy and professionalism will be essential.
  • Willingness
    to travel as needed.
