Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Human Resource Officer will be
tasked with the management of time and attendance records for all
employees of Roofings Ltd - Ensuring that staff absenteeism is under
control and providing reports in this regard - Updating and management overtime records
- Providing accurate attendance and overtime
information for timeous processing of payroll - Building and maintaining good working
relationships with company staff
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant for the Senior Human
Resource Officer job must hold a good Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
Management or finance related field from a reputable university - Having enrolled for professional training
in CIPD is an added advantage. - At least two years’ experience in handling
attendance and overtime records in the East Africa perspective for a large
organization employing 100 or more people. - High degree of integrity
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate and interact well
with all levels of staff - Keen attention to detail
- Be consistent and fair
- Demonstrate high work ethics
