Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for customer services issues
    such as queries and complaints.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for
    the entire shop/warehouse and all the employees that work within.
  • Develop and execute sales and profit plans
    that are in-line with budgetary goals.
  • Promote and practice safe work habits,
    identifying and resolving potential safety hazards, operational
    inconsistencies and any team member incidents.
  • Tasked with managing pricing and stock
    control.
  • Responsible for supervising, recruiting,
    training and appraising staff.





Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the BetIn Uganda
    Shop Manager job opportunity must hold a diploma from an accredited
    institution.
  • At least three years’ experience in a
    similar position.
  • Ability to drive and deliver set results
    within agreed upon organisational policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Ability to adapt actions in line with
    changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to learn
