Job Summary: The Supervisor
Financial Services will ensure realization of revenues of the company’s
financial and agency services and supports DPOs and SPOs inspections.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of Financial Services
and Tele-centres to ensure revenue realization against annual budget
targets. - Support efforts by IT to grow revenues in
the areas of Financial Services, Tele-centres and Agencies. - Regularly reconcile Financial Services
remittances and ensure optimal use of the floats. - Compile and submit monthly reports on
Financial Services performance against targets. - Ensure that all staff handling financial
services adheres to all the specified processes. - Prepare reports for financial services and
tele-centres highlighting areas of concern and make recommendations for
improvements - Keenly monitor IFS reconciliations to
ensure that accounts owed to the company by other administrations are
followed up and paid on a regular and timely basis.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold an Honours
Bachelor’s degree in business or Management from a recognized institution - A minimum of six years’ experience; three
of which should have been in a similar field in a reputable organisation. - Extensive knowledge of UPU set-up,
Standards, Set up and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Analytical skills
- Highly flexible and willing to work for
long hours - Computer literacy skills
