range of insurance products and services in Life and Non-Life insurance
businesses and Financial Management. NIC Holdings has two subsidiaries which
include NIC General Insurance Company Limited and NIC Life Assurance Company
Limited.
Job Summary: The Dispatch
Clerk will be mainly responsible in managing the distribution of policy
documents, correspondence and handle inspection issues in line with NICL
guiding policies
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:   
  • Receive, sign for and record policy
    documents from the underwriting department and arrange for dispatch in line
    with operational guidelines.
  • Tasked with sorting, classifying and
    distributing all items received via courier to the respective
    offices/action officers in line with mail delivery system in place.
  • Responsible for maintaining contact
    details for and liaising with receiving (Bank or Broker) officials as may
    be required in line with agreed operating procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspection on behalf of
    the underwriters.
  • Operate and maintain the company
    motorcycle in a proper and safe working condition in line with the NICL
    policy and the road safety laws.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The ideal candidates should preferably
    hold Diplomas in any field.
  • The applicant should have experience
    riding a motorcycle with a valid license
