• Manage payables and receivable of the
  company. 
• Ensure monthly cash flow statements for
  the company
• Draft budgets for the company and plan
  daily cash flow expenditures for the company
• Regularly analyze company expenditures
• Prepare financial reports and statements
  on a monthly basis
• Prepare safari breakdowns for guides and
  drivers. 
• File monthly tax returns for the company. 
• Prepare payment vouchers attaching all the
  necessary documents for approval by the Directors
• Manage petty cash and accountability
• Archive financial reports and other financial
  records of the company and retrieve such records upon request by
  management
• Prepare and administer the monthly
  advances and payroll
• The jobholder will also collect payments
  from clients where dues are not paid in advance
• Issue invoices on sales made by the
  company
• Provide financial advisory to directors in
  respect to income & expenditure of the company
• Provide finical information to external
  auditors when called in

• The applicant for the Senior Accountant
  job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a
  business/financial related course
• One year of experience in proper book
  keeping
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent Knowledge in tax returns
• Good leadership skills
