People Performance Group is a leading human resource consultancy firm which provides expert advice in outsourcing and manpower services, facility and fleet management, recruitment processes, salary surveys, payroll services and staff development e.g. in team building, training, board assessment, performance management and other Human resource procedures.

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will work in liaison with Sales and Marketing Manager to retain and service the existing and prospective clients. The Sales Executive’s primary responsibility is to make the sales force efficient by proper understanding of the product/services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Must understand the product benefits and advantages and should work with the sales Manager to prepare strategies according to it to the sales force and should be able to execute those strategies at right time.
  • Should have a positive and geared up for the challenge.
  • The jobholder will find out prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
  • Convert leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude.
  • Take participation in networking events with local associations to promote the product.
  • Tasked with monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down, finding out the competitors, latest innovation of the products.
  • Complete understanding about the product and finding out how to market products for different segments
  • Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other business related courses in the same field.
  • At least three years’ experience mostly in the service industry
  • Good presentation skills
  • Skills and experience in client relationships,
  • Personal Competencies: Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales and should be smart.
