About US:
Kulika Uganda is an Indigenous NGO having been established in 1981 in the UK as a grant-making charitable trust specializing in the provision of educational scholarships for East African students. More recently, Kulika has developed its own operational programmes in Uganda, which is now the focus of all the organisation’s activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Strategic Planning and Management
  • Tasked with visioning and leadership
  • In charge of program management
  • Human Resource and Performance Management
  • Responsible for financial management and risk analysis
  • In charge of advocacy management
  • Funding Partnership management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, or Business Administration or a related field of Management. A Masters Degree and/or postgraduate training is art added advantage
  • At least eight years of professional experience with five years at a relevant senior management/ decision making position
  • Excellent People Management skills
  • Transformational leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Show passion for our mission, and business growth
  • Proven fundraising skills and financial savvy
