the provisions of The UCC Act 2013 Laws of Uganda with a principal goal of
developing a modern communications sub-sector and Infrastructure in Uganda, in
conformity with the operationalization of the Telecommunications Policy.
Officer Consumer Care (Complaints) will be tasked with the provision of support
in addressing the consumer complaints in line with the departmental guidelines
and Commission’s mandate.
Experience:
- The applicant for the Uganda
Communications Commission (UCC) Assistant Officer Consumer Care
(Complaints) job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Social Sciences, Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing or a
related field - At least two years’ experience in handling
consumer complaints, marketing or a related field in a similar corporate
setting.
