Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring questions and problems related to
ICT are solved - Tasked with supervising, planning and
providing network security, help desk support and training users - Conducting corrective and preventive
maintenance activities - Responsible for installing, maintaining
and monitoring the ICT systems and equipment in the mission - Identify and implement information
management practices to enhance the mission system’s effectiveness and
reliability
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Degree / Diploma in Information Technology - A minimum of two years’ experience in IT
related jobs - Broad knowledge of MS Office 2003/2007/2010
- Skilled and experience in administration
of operational systems (XP-Pro, W7, W2003 Server, Linux) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Networks
configuration and set up ( network components, switch and routers,
Ethernet, Wifi, Bluetooth) - Experience in the configuration and set up
of networks: Desktops and Laptops - Results and quality orientation
- Team work
