Officer will provide customer service, training and onsite support of branches
on the CRB. The incumbent will be responsible for installing software,
supporting software, client relations, trouble shooting and training in CRB
services.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Commercial
degree or equivalent, higher qualifications will be an advantage - At least three years of proven training
and support experience - The successful applicant should have at
least three years proven experience in a field-based customer service and
support role with a solid financial background, and must be able to
demonstrate a complete understanding of technical proficiency in
installing software and training users on how to maximize the benefits of
the package. - Strong financial background
- Previous working experience with a BOU
regulated lending institution will be an advantage - Contactable and current references
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology
- A large component of this job will require
