Human Resource Service Centre (HRSC) is recruiting for a state-of-art supermarket in the middle of Kampala.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·         The Bakery and Fresh Foods Supervisor will manage the bakery and ascertain that the right production processes are followed for quality products
·         Determine the demand of ingredients/materials required for the productions of specific bakery products
·         Provide supervision to the relevant staff in the bakery section
·         Ascertain that there is consistence in the quality of the product
·         Ascertain that there is tidiness at the various production lines within the bakery
·         Administer the safety of staff within the section and ascertain that the working environment is conducive the staff and customers at large
·         The jobholder will manage the refrigeration of all fresh foods to ascertain that the right items are kept and conducive atmosphere and temperatures for preservation of the items for a give lifespan
·         Work with the team in identifying, requesting and review of the weekly needs of the section and ascertain that there optimal replenishing

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·         The ideal candidates for the Senana Supermarket Bakery and Fresh Foods Supervisor job placements should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Catering, Food Science, Home Economics or a Diploma is the same fields  
·         A minimum of three years’ practical working experience in managing a bakery with a busy company
·         High level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality
·         Excellent interpersonal skills
·         Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS Word and Excel
·         Excellent communication skills
