Job Summary: The Monitoring and Reporting Manager is
responsible for donor reports, internal reporting, proposal review, renewal and
submission of reports to donors, new concepts and proposal writing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in
    a development field
  • A minimum of three years of proposal writing
    experience with an INGO
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent computer skills Good interpersonal
    skills
