Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager will take overall responsibility for Human Resources processes and related recording and dealings for the
company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of personnel records management;
- In charge of human resources development and
training; - Responsible for employee relations
management; - Manage the trade union relationship;
- Manage the Corporate Social Responsibility
program
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Degree in Human
Resources Management or similar from a reputable university; - A minimum of four years working experience in
similar position - Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficient in
use of MS Word and MS Excel - Good people and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written
correspondence, verbal communication, regular feedback) - Ability to work with a cross-cultural
workforce - Previous experience dealing with trade unions
is an added advantage
