• The ideal candidate should hold a relevant
  degree qualification or a Master’s Degree from a well-known institute.
• The Export In Charge should have at least
  five years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle export process
  and ensure compliance with the Ugandan government and foreign government
  laws and regulations.
• Candidate should have knowledge in data
  analysis.
• Candidate must have worked from a
  manufacturing setting.
• Computer literacy i.e. experience of MS Power
  point and Word, internet and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Ugandan market and
  proven work experience in cultural context of East Africa is preferable.
