Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Manager will mainly
oversee the strategic planning and marketing of company products in line with
the company policies and objectives in order to meet the overall growth and
expansion plan of the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of developing business and marketing
    plans for the company including pricing strategies, sales plans and other
    implementation strategies.
  • In charge of carrying out marketing research
    and benchmarking, promotions and public relations to encounter competitive
  • Responsible for developing new product lines
    and services in line with the business expansion policy, strategies and
    customer needs
  • In charge of planning the implementation of
    marketing and sales strategies such as promotions, trade fair,
    exhibitions, advertising, public relations and corporate social
    responsibility activities.
  • Mentoring and training of marketing and sales
    service personnel on brand / product introduction enhancements as well as
    marketing / sales campaigns.
  • Responsible for supervising the sales and
    marketing team in line with corporate strategy.
  • In charge of planning and budgeting for the
    marketing department
  • Keenly monitor and asses all market related
    and customer’s information and feedback where appropriate to ensure that
    the company maintains an edge over competitors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Possession of a professional Diploma in
    Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
  • Possession of a Master’s Degree in Business
    Administration, specializing in marketing will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of five years’ practical experience
    in a related Industry and at least 2 years of which should have been at the
    level of Head of Department.

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure

  • Age: Between
    35-45 years.
