Options Consulting Ltd is an online recruitment services which now seeks to
recruit on behalf of its valued Client, a non-profit organization (NGO).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The incumbent will manage the implementation
    of the project in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and
    Desk Officer;
  • In charge of monitoring and supervision
    throughout the project, ensuring compliance with the donor’s procedures;
  • Responsible for the technical administrative
    and financial management of project funds in accordance with guidelines
    and donor’s procedures;
  • Responsible for ensuring financial
    management, supporting and supervising project’s contribution, in
    collaboration with the Finance Officer;
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a University
    Degree, preferably post graduate degree, in a relevant field of study
    (Economics, Management, Social Sciences, International Development, etc.);
  • A minimum of five years’ professional
    experience within international NGOs or humanitarian organizations;
  • Five years’ experience in management and
    coordination of international donor’s projects, and knowledge of specific
    donor guidelines and priorities;
