Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • The Manager, Engineering will oversee
    structure integrity and quality assurance
  • The incumbent will also ensure installation
    standards are met and maintained and Tower specs adhered to
  • Keenly review and update Standard Operating
    Procedures (SOPs) as deemed necessary
  • Conduct structural analyses using the
    prescribed software
  • Manage the allocation of resources for all
    projects and provide guidance for the team by defining best practices for
    the team.
  • Perform any other assigned duties. These may
    change from time to time because of the dynamism of the industry.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal candidate should be a Certified
    Civil Engineer
  • A minimum of eight years of related work experience
  • Previous experience in Tower business,
    Operations, Leasing, Real Estate an added advantage
  • Prior experience in writing and implementing
    test plans
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of testing
  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain
    a high level of quality
