Hair products.
Job Summary: The Promoters will be tasked with generating public
interest and consumer demand for all the company brands and products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Conduct country wide intense market
    activation campaigns;
  • Responsible for ensuring display of
    promotional materials i.e. Banners, Teardrops, Standees and fliers at all
    events organized by the company;
  • Inspire market confidence in company brands
    & products through rigs, events and any other company activities;
  • Provide product samples, coupons,
    informational brochures, and other incentives to persuade people to buy
    products;
  • Actively participate in the development of
    promotional activation projects;
  • Collect required field information ( about
    competition, market conditions); and
  • Providing product awareness/knowledge to
    customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The Promoters should hold a Diploma in
    Business, Journalism, Mass communication or any other related course;
  • A minimum of one year of related work experience;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
    skills;
  • Good customer care and relationship skills;
  • Highly flexible;
  • Willingness to travel within the country;
  • Willingness to work long hours without
    supervision including on public holidays and weekends;
  • Age: Below 30 years
