Job Summary: The Sales Representatives will be tasked with achieving
maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration of the iDROID USA products
within the assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the
company’s products and/or related services. The jobholder will contact and
secures new business accounts/customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing
    and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
    Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and
    assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business
    relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the
    assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the
    organization’s products/services.
  • Keenly analyzes the territory/market’s
    potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers
    value to the organization.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy
    by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Stays abreast with product applications,
    technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising
    and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and
    consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should be experienced in
    the Telecommunications/ smart phones marketing Sector with a University
    Diploma or Degree and well versed with the market dynamics.
  • The Sales Representatives should have an
    excellent track record of marketing and selling similar products.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Proven ability to determine solutions for
    customers (consultative sales approach).
  • The applicant must be results-orientated and
    self-motivated able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
    skills.
  • Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in using
    Microsoft Office Suite applications.
